Developing a trusting coaching relationship with supervisors and leaders seeking assistance is paramount to the design and execution of any service provided by Drs. Chute & Nevins for the purpose of leadership growth. Our Executive Coaching Program utilizes a team approach driven by the belief that access to more than one perspective adds value to the relationship. Our individualized Executive Coaching Program is based on a commitment to an approach that recognizes: the rigor of the process, the power of the “coachee” to move along a continuum of leadership evolution and a pledge to personal growth for this purpose

Virtual Learning Capsules

With thousands of hours of engaging presentations on a variety of topics, Drs. Chute & Nevins have been lauded as insightful, motivational and practical by the individuals who attend their sessions. With a commitment to evidence-based concepts, topics relevant to educational and health profession workplaces are addressed. Immediate practical strategies targeting needs identified by the contracting agency are offered to the professionals attending a "Propelling Careers" presentation.

Career Assist Services (CAS)

With a commitment to supporting the professional journey of individuals in education and health workplaces, the Career Assist Services of our consulting partnership embody our personal goals: guiding each of our colleagues to maximizing potential and "daring to lead." All services include both Drs. Chute and Nevins as a team, each with individual specialties and areas of expertise. CAS has a number of components within its scope and each may be selected and added to an individual program; requests for additional services may be customized and added to any plan that is designed to meet a client's needs. Broadly speaking, the following elements are included in typical contracts developed for this offering:

· Initial interview for goal clarification, professional inventory, aspirational map and selection of services

· Resume writing

· Personal Statement/letter of interest development

· Interview preparation

· Follow up correspondence review

· Salary negotiation strategies

These services (and any others that might be requested by an individual) are provided at a rate of $200 per hour (covering both C&N partners).
